The firm was proud to be a corporate sponsor for the tenth year in a row of Maritime Magic, a party to benefit the Living Classrooms Foundation hands-on education and job-training programs for disadvantaged youth. The event was be held on Friday, September 19th from 7:00pm to 12:00am at The Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park.

The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has worked since 1985 to provide a wide range of innovative educational programming for children and youth, at-risk populations, and the underemployed. Currently, the Foundation operates 38 programs, serving over 30,000 students per year. Utilizing maritime settings, community work sites and other challenging, real-world environments, and a low staff to student ratio, the programs emphasize the applied learning of academic, social, and employment skills. Key objectives of all Living Classroom programs are career development, cooperative learning, elevating self-esteem, and fostering multicultural exchange. For tickets or more information visit
