Jonathan E. Horner serves as Of Counsel at Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., based in the Delaware office. With a proven record in navigating highly complex commercial real estate transactions, Jonathan delivers strategic counsel for clients seeking to finance, acquire, divest, lease, and develop properties spanning all asset classes. His expertise extends to structuring and closing advanced commercial real estate financing, including CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, mezzanine, and preferred equity arrangements. Jonathan is also a trusted resource for sophisticated legal opinions and guidance on Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and general partnerships, frequently advising clients on joint ventures and structured finance transactions to ensure successful outcomes for a broad range of business needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan built his legal foundation as an associate at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, and served as associate general counsel for a prominent Manhattan-based private equity firm. He holds a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in cellular and molecular biology from Tulane University. During law school, Jonathan gained invaluable judicial experience as a clerk to the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr. of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, further sharpening his analytical and advocacy skills.
