During due diligence, Kaitlin carefully reviews title, identifies potential issues impacting the transaction, and resolves matters by coordinating with title professionals to find solutions.
Kaitlin earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, while serving as a staff editor on the Law Forum, as a member of the J. Braxton Craven Memorial Moot Court team and as a Law Scholar for Criminal Law. She represented nonprofit corporations as a student attorney with the University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic. Kaitlin also has extensive experience working in Maryland state government in Annapolis, including serving as a legislative intern for the House of Representatives Economic Matters Committee.
Kaitlin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned a bachelor of arts in history, cum laude. She is the chair of the alumnae chapter advisory board for Kappa Delta Sorority. Before joining Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., Kaitlin represented secured creditors in collection and foreclosure actions.
