NQGRG Attorneys Moderate 2023 BISNOW Baltimore State of the Market Event

Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. attorneys Robert M. Ercole and Brian A. Flank moderated panels of distinguished real estate professionals at the BISNOW 2023 Baltimore State of the Market Presentation held on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel located at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.   Panelists included Brian Gibbons (Greenberg Gibbons), Thibault Manekin (Seawall Development), Eugene Poverni (Poverni Sheikh Group), Jim Lighthizer (Chesapeake Real Estate Group), Adam Rhoades-Brown (Cross Street Partners), and Terri Harrington (Harrington Commercial Real Estate Services).   Opening remarks were made by Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott and panel topics moderated by Mr. Ercole and Mr. Flank included an analysis of the Baltimore area real estate market and what asset classes are currently in favor and not in favor.  Another panel discussed the increasing utilization of mass timber in commercial construction projects.  Over 200 people attended the event.
