NQGRG represents one of the largest, single auto dealership sales in the Washington DC Metro Area

Flank, Esq. of Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. represented Jetcars Inc. and Taylor Holdings, LLC, as legal counsel, in sale of substantially all of the assets of Jack Taylor’s Alexandria Toyota and corresponding real estate located in Alexandria, Virginia on November 21, 2022.  Cushman & Wakefield’s DC office represented the seller as the broker for the transaction.  Cushman & Wakefield reports that this transaction was the largest, single sale of an automotive dealership in the DC Metropolitan Area, and one of the largest nationwide.
