Doniel Froehlich, an associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Business Planning & Transactions Groups. 

In the commercial real estate area, Doni represents clients in all phases of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of real property. He has assisted with sophisticated commercial real estate deals in major markets across the United States. 

In his business planning and transactions practice, Doni advises on business formation and asset transactions; drafts operating and joint venture agreements; and provides counsel on general corporate matters. He works with a wide variety of businesses, including commercial real estate developers, health care servicers, and other clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Doni provides thoughtful insights while facilitating multimillion-dollar transactions, complex securitized borrowing arrangements and business contracts.

Before joining the firm, Doni worked as a senior associate in the Legal and Compliance Group with Stifel Financial Corporation in Baltimore where he advised on matters related to securities and regulatory compliance and his practice included public and private securities offerings, securities and regulatory compliance, preparing and reviewing offering documents, assist companies with disclosures and other obligations under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and other general corporate governance and financial services matters impacting the national full-service financial institution. 

Doni earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, and his B.A in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
