Lazar Krintzman

Lazar Krintzman, an associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Lazar enjoys simplifying the issues at hand, developing a litigation strategy with fellow members of the litigation team and keeping the other side honest and forthcoming.  Lazar also has extensive experience working on transactional matters and has represented Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. clients in all types of real estate transactions, including the purchase, financing and sale of commercial and residential assets.  Lazar leverages his transactional experience to better serve clients in business and real estate litigation.
  
Before joining the firm, Lazar served as general counsel for two large real estate companies which owned and managed a combined 6,000 units across Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Maryland and would represent the company in landlord-tenant court. He also practiced in a Baltimore-based title company where he conducted over 250 sales and refinances. 

Lazar was awarded a full scholarship to the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law from where he graduated with a concentration in real estate law. He serves as the Immediate Past President for Cheder Chabad, an elementary school with over 400 students, and resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife and family.
