Prianka Ghanta, an associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Planning Transactions Group.
Before joining Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., Prianka was an associate in the corporate transactions group of a boutique Indiana law firm where her practice included private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other general corporate matters. During law school, Prianka gained litigation experience working at another firm in Indiana and also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Prianka earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where she competed in the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition and achieved entry into the Order of the Barristers. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University and earned her degree in human biology with minors in psychology and in business from the Kelley School of Business.
