Robert Baker, an associate with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Robert represents companies, business owners, and corporate officers in general civil litigation. His broad practice encompasses contractual disputes, torts, fiduciary duty litigation, employment litigation, and bankruptcy avoidance matters.
Robert earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, graduating cum laude while serving as the executive symposium articles editor of the Maryland Law Review. While in law school, he interned for Judge William M. Nickerson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Upon graduation, Robert received the Paul Cordish Writing Award for his scholarship in insurance law. He completed his undergraduate studies at McDaniel College.
