Simon, a principal with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Planning & Transactions Groups. Simon brings a “common-sense” approach to closing transactions, ensuring that clients are well represented while not losing sight of the big picture.
Simon focuses his practice on real estate transactions and related areas, including acquisition, financing, joint ventures, development and disposition of multifamily, commercial and retail properties. Working with clients throughout the United States, Simon regularly advises borrowers in structuring and closing securitized loan transactions, including, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
Simon also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
Simon earned his J.D. in 2006 from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was the co-president of the Jewish Law Students’ Association and the Donald D. Schwartz Corporate and Securities Law Scholar. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ner Israel Rabbinical College in 2001.
