Virginia A O'Donohue
Virginia is of counsel with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. Her practice focuses on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing. Virginia has experience representing institutional lenders in connection with originating and servicing commercial mortgage loans, as well as representing property developers, real estate investment trusts, borrowers, tenants and landlords in connection with the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of retail, multifamily, office, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the United States.
