Isaac Neuberger, a principal with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm's Business Planning & Transactions Group. A skilled corporate attorney, Isaac's practice is focused on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture and project financing, reorganizations and restructurings. He also helps clients resolve complex business disputes.

Active in the Mid-Atlantic business community, Isaac serves as an advisor to senior management and boards of directors of several publicly and privately held companies headquartered in the region.

Isaac earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1969.
