Ryan S. Norton
Ryan S. Norton is an associate in the Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A. Business Planning & Transactions Group. He handles a broad range of matters from entity formation and governance and business contracts and assisting with complex mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and real estate financings.
Ryan earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was an article editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences, where he majored in Government and minored in Near East Studies. Ryan also served as Executive Editor for the Cornell International Affairs Review.
