Jeffrey Murphy, a principal with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group.  He is actively engaged in various aspects of commercial real estate law and deals with diverse asset classes throughout the country.  Jeff regularly represents purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, lenders and borrowers in senior, subordinate, and mezzanine financings, developers and investors in joint ventures, and developers in mixed-use projects and public-private partnerships.  He advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and document negotiation.

Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. in history from  Dartmouth College.  During law school, he was a contributing editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and chair of the Real Estate Law Society.  He worked for the U.S. government between college and law school.
