Jeffrey Murphy, a principal with Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. He is actively engaged in various aspects of commercial real estate law and deals with diverse asset classes throughout the country. Jeff represents purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, lenders and borrowers in senior, subordinate and mezzanine financings, sponsors and investors in joint ventures, and landlords and tenants in commercial leases. He advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation.
Jeff received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his A.B. in history from Dartmouth College. During law school, he was a contributing editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law and chair of the Real Estate Law Society. He worked for the U.S. government between college and law school.
