Stacey M. Lounsbury

Before joining Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., Stacey was as an associate attorney for a boutique law firm with a practice focusing on defending corporations against tort claims.  Stacey began her career at a prominent regional law firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland where she represented a vast array of clients in personal injury, insurance defense, and general litigation matters.  Through each of these roles, Stacey successfully negotiated favorable settlements for clients, defended numerous insurance claims at trial and assisted with tax controversy matters.  

Stacey earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.  While in law school, Stacey served on the editorial board as Comments Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, and as a Maryland State Bar Association Business Law Fellow.  Stacey also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dennis Robinson, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County and as a law clerk for a midsized Baltimore, Maryland law firm in its Torts and Insurance Litigation practice group.   Upon graduation, Stacey received the Excellence in Clinical Education award for her work advising small minority-owned businesses as a Rule 19 Student Attorney through the University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic.  Prior to attending law school, she completed a dual major in accounting and legal studies with a minor in business through the University of Maryland.
